The main
objective of a survey project that we undertake is to provide
our clients with quality information that will lead to sales opportunities.
All information found throughout a project will be documented
for future efforts towards an increase of sales.
Also-RDI
provides exclusive service to all of its clients. We will not
work with one of your competitors.
What
is the survey?
A survey
is at least five questions that are going to narrow the market,
get good contact names and email addresses, approval for future
email contact, uncover buying cycles including any company that
may need your product or service immediately.
We start
with a list of the companies that are most likely to do business
with you as selected by geography, industry and size of the target
companies. The list is at least 1000 companies long. We gather
this info in our initial consulting call. We write a custom survey
for calling companies on that list.
Then we perform
the survey through cold calling. What does the cold calling consist
of? All of our calling is done in-house by American English speaking
professionals. We actually cold call this survey for 50 hours
to add to the value of the list, creating a marketing database,
and refine the survey script. This will make the survey script
more effective as well as produce data that you can use to attain
new clients.
Campaign Descriptions
Campaign
setup: An understanding of your organization’s
business and needs will be established before anything else happens.
Then all software or data processing systems to be used during
the campaign will be established. Next, a script will be written
for the initial phase. This initial phase also includes time in
calling of at least 10 unbilled hours.
Initial
marketing: A typical campaign is set at specific number
of hours. A trained, experienced and professional RDI associate
will perform all defined hours of telephone surveys. Additional
administrative duties will be performed.
Additional
Time: During and after the initial defined hours, a project
manager will perform up to and in some cases, depending on what
is needed, 10% more time on the campaign.
Database:
A full report along with the campaign data will be presented.
This will include incomplete surveys or any other information
beyond the scope of the outlined survey.
There are
no fees for set up or script writing. There are no fees for administrative
duties. There are no fees for initial meetings with your sales
professionals.
There will
be a guaranteed number completed surveys per hour that will be
applied to an agreement.
