Plan to Partnership
Everyone that works at RDI has the opportunity
to be a partner in our company. This leads to excellence throughout
the organization. Here’s a typical path to partnership for
an entry-level cold caller at RDI:
Training:
-5 days, 4 hours per day, multiple projects
-Complete evaluation
Full Time Employee:
-30 days full time work on multiple projects
-Evaluation for Project Management
1st Project Management:
-Manage a single project or 100 hours of projects from start to
finish. This includes script writing, set-up, data management,
and project reports for presentation.
-Evaluation
2nd Project Management:
-A second project or 100 hours of projects dissimilar to the first
project management phase.
-Evaluation
Project Manager:
-Management of at least three projects at once including company
wide customer service and account management.
-Evaluation for Partnership after 1 full year.
Partner:
-The opportunity to build and manage ones own department.
Continuing Partnership:
-Increasing responsibility and control.
-Increasing salary, commissions, residuals and bonuses.
